Bourbon Barrel Stout Coffee - Barrel #6

Barrel #6 is a collaboration with our friends at Black Lodge Coffee Roasters in New Harmony, Indiana. We selected a Guatemalan coffee from Finca Ona with notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and dried fruit. The green coffee beans were then aged for one month in a bourbon barrel that was also used to age a Bourbon Barrel Stout beer. Once it's finished aging, we roast the coffee lightly to retain all those beautiful flavors to create a balanced, flavorful cup of barrel-aged coffee.
