Ramos Gin Fizz

2 oz Gin

1 oz Cream

1/2 Egg White

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Semi-Dry Cider Syrup

2 dashes Orange Bitters

Sparking Rose to top

Reverse Dry Shake. Add all ingredients except the egg white into a shaker tin with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain back in the empty tin and discard the ice. Add the egg white and shake again for 20 seconds. Pour into a Collins glass and top with Sparkling Rosé and garnish with a lemon
