Semi-Dry Cider Syrup has a light and sweet flavor with a crisp apple cider finish.  It is made from hard cider and not beer, so it does not contain any malt and that makes it naturally gluten free.  It can be used in a lot of dessert style dishes and will pair with almost any spirit in making cocktails.
