Coconut & Chocolate Porter Party Mix

3 cups Rice Chex

3 cups Corn Chex

3 cups Wheat Chex

1/2 cup Chocolate Porter Beer Syrup

3 tbsp Butter

1 cup Shredded Coconut

1 cup Sliced Almonds

1 cup Caco Nibs (1 cup)

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.  In a large microwavable dish, mix all the cereals, coconut and almonds.  In a small microwavable dish, melt the butter on High for about 30 seconds or until completely melted. Stir in the Beer Syrup and pour over the cereal mixture; stir the Party Mix until evenly coated.  Transfer to a large, un-greased roasting pan and bake for 1 hour while stirring the Party Mix every 15 minutes.  Remove and allow to cool for 30 minutes on parchment paper.  Once it's cooled, add the Cacao Nibs and transfer to an airtight storage container.
