Last night I had the pleasure of attending an event hosted by The Whisky Chicks and Four Roses Bourbon at the Bluegrass Brewing Company Bourbon Barrel Loft in Louisville, KY. The event was put on by Linda Ruffenach, Founder of The Whisky Chicks, and Whitney Vadeboncoeur, who I am dubbing the Alcohol Industry Guru and Marketing Strategist who just plain makes it happen! They were excellent hosts to The Four Roses Master Distiller, Jim Rutledge, who was there to discuss and offer samples of all their different variety of bourbons while answering questions from the guests. As for us, we were just happy to be there amongst a great crowd while our Bourbon Barrel Stout Beer Syrup was being featured in a signature cocktail, The Bourbon Barrel Stout Manhattan.
We would like to congratulate the Whisky Chicks and Four Roses on a successful event and look forward to many others on the horizon! We would also like to thank Bluegrass Brewing Company for their dedicated support of The Beer Syrup Company and for allowing us to be part of their events!
